The Outside Sales Representative is a key position based in and around the Fresno, CA area with an opportunity for a hybrid work schedule. You’ll develop the customer base for our newest agricultural product offering. You will be at the forefront of bringing this new product offering to the domestic agricultural market and will work with our teams to develop the strategy for how best to facilitate sales.


Pay range in Fresno, CA Region:


  • Base salary - $80,000 - $110,000 Annually

  • Discretionary Bonus (TBD)


Reporting to our General Manager, you’ll work with marketing and product management in support of agricultural customers.


A highlight of your day-to-day will include:  


  • Create solutions for agricultural customers, utilizing knowledge of current agricultural product offering and the specifications of each.

  • Establish account and territory sales plans to meet annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.

  • Ensure high post-sales satisfaction facilitating positive long-term relationships and high potential for repeat business with customers.

  • Maintain customer relationship documentation to support quote and sales activity growth through the Company’s CRM.

  • Facilitate the voice of customer engagements to understand customer wants and needs for agricultural product offering.

  • Foster and manage relationships with channel partners to facilitate sales growth.

  • Participate in entertainment functions with customers, trade shows, and seminars.


You’re enthusiastic and motivated in a fast-paced environment. You display the capability to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for this exciting new agricultural solution.  You possess a demonstrated history in customer relationship management with an in-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry (at least 3 years - crops produced using trellis systems preferred). You’re a lifelong learner with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Industry (i.e., Agronomy, Horticulture, Viticulture, Agricultural Engineering, etc.) and the ability and willingness to travel to Europe for product and industry training. You are highly collaborative and used to working with product management, marketing, engineering and manufacturing teams. You don’t take shortcuts. You’re safety conscious not just for yourself, but for your team.
