Job Description

We are looking to hire BOH positions: Oyster Shuckers and Line Cooks to work at our Queen Anne Oyster Bar location! We are building our team in preparation for a busy concert, ballet and summer season. Come work in one of Seattle's favorite neighborhoods. Just steps from the Climate Pledge Arena, the Seattle Rep Theater and the Pacific Northwest Ballet.


Cooks work in an open kitchen and are encouraged to interact with guests and have fun! A positive attitude and a tidy workspace are imperative. We value hard work, efficiency, and a positive work environment.


Shuckers, Line Cooks

-2-5 years of relevant work experience in an upscale and fast-paced environment. 

-Flexible schedule with the ability to pick up shifts. 

- Great attitude - team oriented, fun, passionate about food & hospitality.

- high volume, line cook experience 

- Passionate about food, specifically shellfish!


ABOUT TAYLOR SHELLFISH FARMS: Taylor Shellfish Farms is a family owned shellfish farming company that produces clams, oysters, mussels and geoduck. The company owns and operates 3 oysters bars in the Seattle area. Our bars exemplify the ‘Tide to Table’ philosophy and set a gold standard for oyster shucking presentation. Employees benefit from hands-on seasonal farm visits, proprietary training, and oyster education.  


COMPENSATION: $20 + Commission and full benefits with average of 30 hours a week (medical, dental, vision, 401K, personal paid time off)
