Job Description
Since 2012, Giving Home Health Care has helped individuals impacted by conditions contracted while working in nuclear energy programs for the Department of Energy achieve compassionate and personalized in-home health care.  We are a fast-growing, leading health care organization with services offered in Arizona, Colorado, Kentucky, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, Tennessee, Texas, and Utah.

Currently we are seeking a professional and dedicated Patient Liaison to join the Giving Home Health care team. The ideal candidate has a background in home health care/hospice, durable medical equipment, and/or healthcare sales.

We are looking for someone that is driven and is willing to be a pivotal role in the growth of our expanding business.


    • Generate and follow up on leads by phone, cold call, in-person encounters with potential clients, deliver the GHHC presentation.
    • Both individually and as part of a team, initiate, organize, schedule, and participate in regular community visits, luncheons, town and union hall meetings, and marketing events.
    • Assist potential clients with navigating through the DOL qualification process
    • You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, unions, and other referral sources in the medical community.
    • Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers to promote our homecare services.
    • Continually educate clients and market our services.
    • Patient advocacy for current and potential patients


    • Previous healthcare sales experience preferred such as selling in skilled nursing facilities, DME, ortho, cardio, etc. OR previous experience as a clinical liaison preferred.
    • Three or more years of experience in sales required
    • Excellent selling, organization, problem-solving skills, and the ability to appropriately represent the company to the targeted referral source audience.
    • Previous professional relationships are preferred but not required
    • Navajo language fluency strongly preferred

$20 - $21 an hour
