Job Description

  • Job Requirements/Duties: The Pool Service Technician will perform routine maintenance on a daily basis on our customers' swimming pools and spas. Duties will include but are not limited to driving to the customers' location, cleaning, testing the pH of the swimming pool water, adding chlorine, acid, and other chemicals to correct the pH as well as repairing light fittings, leaks, cracks, and faulty equipment.

    • Always represent the company’s best interest, maintain the highest level of integrity and professionalism with customers

    • Maintain a clean job site, orderly and stocked equipment trailer with needed supplies and chemicals

    • Self-motivated in completing daily job tasks in a timely manner

    • Ability to recognize and diagnose pool and spa issues

    • Complete workorders daily to track task progress

    • Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changes



  • Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of proper pool cleaning and maintenance methods

    • Knowledge of start-up and closing pools at seasons

    • knowledge of swimming pool chemicals and their properties

    • Must be physically able to lift 50lbs of various material types

    • Minimum of 2 years of related work experience is preferred

    • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record



  • Salary: $20+/HR... competitive wages based on experience

  • Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, paid time off, the opportunity for year-round employment. Hiring bonus is paid out 60 days after employment.
