We are seeking a Product Coordinator to assist our software development teams in organizing our ongoing projects. The primary responsibility of this role is to monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, to ensure that project deadlines are met in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be organized and efficient, dependable, detail oriented, a problem solver, and an excellent communicator.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
· Assist in breaking projects into doable actions and set timeframes
· Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
· Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
· Help prepare budgets
· Oversee project procurement management
· Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
· Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
· Work with all department leads to eliminate blockers
· Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
· Issue all appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
Job Requirements and Qualification
· Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and collaborate
· An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
· Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
· Strong writing and organizational skills
· Displays a technical aptitude, critical/logical thinking, and leadership skills

· Experience working within a team environment
Nice-to-haves:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
· 6 months - 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
· Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
· A basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle
· A basic understanding of the Agile methodology
· Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello)
