Job Description
Sphere Renewables is a start-up company that supplies quality product and
service for industrial OEM\"s in the Wind Energy business. Our primary
function is the assembly of Nacelle Covers for the wind turbines.
We are looking for dedicated, knowledgeable, and success driven
individuals that can contribute to our growing business.
General Responsibilities include:
\*Performing a variety of tasks to accurately assemble fiberglass and plastic
assemblies & subassemblies.
\*Safely operate hand tools required to assemble parts.
\*Safely operate overhead and rotating equipment.
\*Work from basic visual aids, layouts, diagrams, schematics process flow
sheets and written/verbal assembly instructions.
\*Perform quality checks on work in progress & completed assemblies in
accordance with quality specifications.
\*Safely load assemblies onto shipping racks.
\*Organize stock and maintain inventory at your workstation.
\*Inspect products for defects & damages.
Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures & quality
standards.
Other Qualifications:
\*Must be at least 18 years of age.
\*Able to lift 25 lbs.
\*\*Have an excellent attendance record.
\*Ability to work as part of a team.
Wage: \$18.00-\$20.00 an hour
