CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Crop Nutrients/Grain Marketing division in Savage, MN. We are looking for a Laborer to join our growing team. You must be self-motivated, hardworking and have good time management skills. We have several positions available.



  • Assist with loading and unloading of bulk fertilizer/grain products for suppliers and customers.

  • Adhere to all company safety regulations.

  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of plant equipment as directed.

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions 

Minimum Qualifications (required)

  • 1 plus years of related experience

  • Ability to work long hours to meet business demands

  • Ability to work in dust and different weather conditions and temperatures

  • Ability to follow directions

Additional Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Bulk Fertilizer/grain handling experience

  • Barge handling experience

  • Equipment repair and maintenance experience

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs

  • Ability to stand, sit, bend, lift, twist
