Role Summary/Purpose
The primary responsibility of the Technical Talent Program Manager is to develop technical talent and performance strategies for the field population. This role will corroborate with FieldCore' s Human Resource and business leaders to design, develop and deploy strategies for technical talent and performance tools and processes to address critical organizational and talent opportunities for the field population globally. This position reports directly to thePrograms and Competency Leader.
Essential Function
Create strategic direction of technical talent and performance processes and tools (including critical experiences, competency and career models) that support high quality career discussions, drive individual growth and promote organizational growth
Corroborate closely with business unit and corporate senior leaders and HR on organization capability assessment, talent review, succession planning, and individual development plan execution.
Develop and oversee standardized field performance management program to include but not limited to annual agreement review and project end evaluation processes.
Group facilitation, training, and presentation to various organizational audiences.
Provide organizational development support for managing through change and implementing best practices in global career development.
Establish effective organizational/employee development interventions (multi-rater assessments, structural interviews, coaching and mentoring).
Develop customized assessment and feedback tools for field population and support effective development action plans as necessary.
Identify and provide resources to increase the capabilities of field employees by building knowledge, skills and abilities.
Engage in coaching relationships with employees as part of career development programs such as the assessment process which includes providing information, conducting training on interpreting results and providing coaching to employees.
Develop quantitative and qualitative metric tools to measure impact of career development on effectiveness, engagement and retention; give input to programs as needed to support the evolving needs of the business.

Bachelor's degree in a related field
7-10 years' related experience
Technical Competency Management experience required
Success Factors experience preferred
Experience working in a global business
Experience in manufacturing or energy business strongly preferred
Desired Characteristics
Technical knowledge and experience with career tools, multi-source assessment (e.g., Personality, 360-degree, Upward Feedback, Personality Styles)
Facilitation and coaching experience
Experience developing career development materials
Excellent customer, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Minimal travel required
Compensation and Benefits (US Only):
The annual salary range for this position is $96,900 to $155,100. This is an exempt from overtime position.
