We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team.

The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring client retention through effective communication, guidance, and support. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable results. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding new clients: The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for introducing new clients to our digital marketing services. You will work with clients to assess their needs, set expectations, and develop a strategic plan for their account.
  • Retention: The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction of existing clients. You will maintain regular communication with clients, monitor campaign performance, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet client goals.
  • Guiding clients through the process: The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for guiding clients through the digital marketing process, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the strategies and tactics being used to achieve their goals. This will involve educating clients on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Maintaining client relationships: The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships. You will be proactive in identifying client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. This will require exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage client expectations.
  • Reporting and analysis: The Digital Marketing Account Manager will be responsible for regularly reporting on campaign performance and providing insights and recommendations for optimization. You will be able to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing account management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in client management and retention.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
