Brooklyn Brew Shop started at the Brooklyn Flea in 2009, simplifying the brewing process for space-conscious New Yorkers. In 2016, we introduced FarmSteady, extending our easy-going approach to all things food. Our products are not just about the end result but the joy of the making process.

Role Overview

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will support our sales team in promoting our mission, products, and partners during the bustling holiday season.

Duration & Commitment

This is a temporary position lasting through the end of January, with potential to become a full-time position for the right candidate. The weekly commitment will be 3-4 days, offering flexibility to accommodate your schedule.

Location

Our team operates from Brooklyn and Kingston, NY. This position welcomes applicants from the New York area, with occasional meetups and the flexibility to work remotely.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:


  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email.

  • Reaching out to new and existing accounts via email.

  • Assisting with order processing and basic data entry.

  • Supporting the sales team in managing current accounts.

  • Researching potential retail partners and markets.

Qualifications:


  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
