Salary Range: $80,000 - 95,000
The Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist drives revenue for various brands and expansive product lines through smart, strategic, cross-functional digital campaigns. The candidate for this role must be strong in SEO, SEM and social best practices, strategy, and execution. Must love digging into and acting on insights across various analytic and data platforms. The Sr. Specialist is a strong contributor as an individual and in team settings: proactively drives digital strategy; comfortable leading discussions and contributing cross-functionally; presents and drives recommendations aligned with business objectives; fearless in presenting ideas. The Sr. Specialist also stays ahead of the latest technologies and trends, and consistently tests new things to refine the digital strategy based on best performance to achieve business unit goals.
Define and execute digital marketing strategy of moderate/high complexity across SEO, PPC, Social, Display, etc.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with business unit and digital teams on new and creative digital marketing strategies to support revenue growth
Conduct keyword research to ensure sites are optimized and ads are targeted for the appropriate terms
Create and implement technical SEO recommendations and optimizations
Produce content optimization recommendations for existing ads, landing pages and new content
Build new campaigns, evaluates performance, and finds opportunities for optimizations in paid search platforms
Assist in training and serve as a lead resource for Digital Marketing Specialists
Work cross-functionally to prioritize digital marketing efforts
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions with some oversight from management
Responsible for informing business stakeholders on performance of existing campaigns, presenting strategic optimization and growth opportunities, and following through with implementation
Ability to troubleshoot issues of moderate complexity independently
Identify and create plans for implementing process improvements
Previous experience in website migrations a plus

Perform additional duties as assigned
