ABOUT THE ROLE

The Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Account Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist will manage all paid search campaigns and programmatic campaigns on Google, Bing, DemandBase and other search and display marketing engines. Analyse digital marketing results and generate impactful dashboards, reports and recommendations that feed into strategies aimed at building Honeywell Aerospace's digital presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee, manage, implement, and optimize various types of Google Ads and Bing Ads campaigns. Develop campaign assets: ad copy, keywords, audiences, create remarketing lists and more.
- Work in partnership with the customer marketing team to create highly customized marketing programs for account-based marketing (ABM) - leading the development, implementation, management and measurement of these programs to generate awareness, drive pipeline and increase revenue for target accounts.
- Build 1-to-1 and 1-to-few ABM campaigns that help prospects move quickly and confidently through the sales process.
- Leverage market research and customer insights to create personalized marketing plans for each account.
- Manage, optimize and track campaign budgets for ABM and SEM campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors and customer marketing team for paid campaigns and other digital marketing projects.
- Support and ensure marketing campaign correct tracking (track web conversion elements, track the efficiency of various traffic sources and the user behavior).
- Establish a data driven approach to monitor, analyze and measure performance, contribution and ROI across all activities that facilitate journey stage movement and pipeline acceleration of key accounts.
- Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
- Generate reports that show the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Ensure projects and digital elements are implemented on time and with high quality.
- Manage process and business stakeholder expectations.
- Document and share best practices for SEM and ABM with the entire digital marketing and customer marketing organization.
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum 2 years of experience in B2B demand generation and ABM.
- High School diploma or GED
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree.
- Comprehensive background in SEM and Google Ads campaigns strategies and tactical execution.
- Extensive analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to perform complex digital marketing analyses. Proficiency in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Experience executing ABM programs for enterprise accounts.
- Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
- Proficiency across major marketing technologies, including ABM, CRM, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Salesforce, Marketo)
- Ability to drive a strategy through relationships, influence, data, and strong communication skills.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office - Experience with Excel and developing PowerPoint presentations is important.
