As HOPCo continues to grow, we are looking for a Sr. Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist in our Marketing Department.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
The Sr. Healthcare Digital Marketing Specialist will work collaboratively with members of the marketing department, miscellaneous internal departments, and affiliated partners to achieve all digital marketing initiatives. Responsible for the development and execution of search engine optimization, organic search, paid Google search, social media advertising and website updates and maintenance in an effort to reach patients on various platforms and raise brand awareness of our organizations, providers, services and specialties. Should be able to grasp patient behavior trends and digital analytics trends. Expert level of knowledge and experience in search engine optimization Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, Wordpress and HTML.
No direct supervision. However, the influence of the marketing, sales, media, and creative teams will be essential.
Manages and executes all Google Ads campaigns for orthopedic practices across several regions in the US
Manages and executes front end and back end search engine optimization improvements
Creates and executes digital brand awareness strategies as well as paid search acquisition strategies
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
Updates various Wordpress based websites
Executes and monitors organic and paid social media strategies
Ensures all digital budgets are met across all marketing efforts
Manage digital asset inventory to ensure creative alignment across all marketing channels
Oversees and executes OTT (over the top) digital video advertising
Monitoring keywords, cost per click, cost per acquisition, CTR and conversion metrics

1. The job holder must have experience in Google Ads and Analytics platforms
2. Must be skilled in search engine optimization techniques
3. Preferred experience in healthcare digital advertising
4. Expert level knowledge of web design using Wordpress and HTML
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms
Knowledge of marketing data analytics and tools
Knowledge of Wordpress or basic web design
Skill in creating and executing digital ads (search ad copy, display ad copy, YouTube video, etc.)
Skill in creating and maintaining Wordpress based pages
