Scope of Work:

• Multiple sites across Canada


• SGRE qualified maintenance technician


• Onshore Service


• 6 weeks on, 1 week off rotation


• SGRE family 2, 3, 5, 9

Description:

As a service technician you will support the annual service & maintenance teams on onshore wind farms. This is the opportunity to be a part of a growing team with opportunity to develop alongside the organization. Some of your key tasks will include:

• Electrical/mechanical scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on the sites wind turbine generators


• Coordinating and accomplishing defined service operations and/or resolves product issues for equipment


• Working in a team towards contractual extra scopes including turbines mounted safety equipment, crane and lift inspection and maintenance


• Ensuring compliance with SGRE standards and UK legislations in relation to environment, health and safety, quality and service delivery


• Supporting the welfare of technicians whilst on site and escalating any issues relating to transportation, and equipment

Your tasks will include:

• Perform servicing duties on onshore wind turbines


• Working in small teams inspecting parts in line with annual service


• Comply with wind turbine safe working environment by acting in compliance with site requirements

• Valid and in-date GWO’s


• SGRE accredited – TS
