APG Solar Powered by Powur , a leading solar energy solutions provider, is on the lookout for a highly motivated and tech-savvy Virtual Solar Account Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Virtual Solar Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainable growth by managing and nurturing relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our solar products, services, and industry trends to effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy to prospective and existing clients.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts by proactively identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads using various digital channels, such as social media, email, and phone.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and consultations to assess client needs, propose tailored solar solutions, and address any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer support, to ensure seamless project implementation and high customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, transactions, and account statuses in the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest solar industry developments, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new business opportunities and securing repeat business.


Requirements:

  • No experience required
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry (Preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets (Preferred)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsĀ 
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other sales enablement tools
  • Passion for renewable energy and a commitment to environmental sustainability
