As an Crew member, you are a key member of the team and assist with the installation, repair, and service of Solar panels and the hardware and electronic components that operate them. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Assist to Install the hardware and racking that secure the panels to the roof.
- Assist to connect the wires and cables for the panels
- Assist to secure panels to the racking
- Assist to make the necessary connections within the attic, crawlspace, interior, or exterior of the home
- Follow established processes and procedures
- Operate with safety as a primary concern for self and team
Job Requirements:
- Physically able to lift heavy objects as necessary
- Proficiency to work on ladder and a roof including the use of harnesses and other safety equipment
- Professional appearance and personality
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
