We’re Ecohouse Solar – a team of friendly, customer-focused people that pride ourselves in providing high quality, full-service solar installations exclusively in the Central Ohio area.
As a Solar Installer you will install residential and commercial PV systems, ranging from 5kW to 500kW.

On-site labor: Installation of racking, wiring, panels, inverters, and balance-of-system components
Pre-construction: Preparation of Ecohouse Solar’s truck with materials and tools for each job
Quality: Ensure installations are of high quality and consistent with industry standards
Personal passion for renewable energy
Construction experience, including hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift in excess of 60 lbs., and to perform rigorous physical labor
Ability to climb ladders and to work at heights, including pitched roofs
Ability to work in confined spaces, such as attics and crawlspaces
Willingness to work in all weather
Must hold valid driver’s license
Self-motivated and eager to learn
Customer service oriented
Commitment to teamwork and “can-do” attitude

Salary Range$41,920.00 - $62,880.00
*This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan based on company performance.
