Job Details :

• Installing Solar panels and switchgear to complete PV Solar systems
• Hourly pay negotiable depending on electrical knowledge and experience
• Solar knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
• Hours can count toward Electrical Apprenticeship program
• $18 to $30 an hour 
• Job Type : Full-time

Full Job Description :

We are seeking committed installers with a strong drive to succeed in life. Work will include laying out solar systems, Installing racking and modules on roof and ground mount applications. Most of the work is performed on residential homes so we have to be able to trust you and present yourself in a professional manner to be consistent with our brand. Electrical knowledge will have a key advantage as most of the systems will be installed using EMT and working in electrical panels. Many of the solar systems are battery backup systems and require special training that we give to install complex battery backup systems.

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Construction experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Electrical experience: 1 year (Preferred)
