Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition (Remote/Hybrid)

AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Sr. Manager, Global Talent Acquisition to join its Talent Management team in Duluth, GA (Hybrid). Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our internal business partners. 


The Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition will lead AGCO's Global Talent Acquisition strategy,

process and practices. This role will be responsible for creating, developing, implement and driving

ongoing improvements for AGCO’s talent attraction strategy, recruitment and hiring process, structure

and tools (including managing vendors/partners to accomplish this work), and systems that enable the

talent acquisition process. Managing a team of direct reports, this role will also have responsibility for

early career talent strategy (including an early career rotational program), university relations, critical

talent pooling approach, employment brand and selection tools (interview guides, selection

assessments). This role will help develop sustainable strategic programs and initiatives that are critical to

our ability to attract and hire the talent we need today and into the future.    


What you will do: 


  • Design, implement, execute and own the functional strategy for talent acquisition at AGCO, which includes the process, partners, workflow, structure to support our business leaders bringing in the talent they need to deliver their business results; Manage vendors/partners that help us bring in the talent we need into AGCO

  • Drive comprehensive recruitment solutions that ensure excellent customer service and desired talent acquisition outcomes. Provide ongoing oversight for the Global Talent Acquisition infrastructure including programs, processes/procedures and supporting HR systems; making recommendations on internal vs. external execution at various stages of the TA process

  • Oversight for AGCO’s global internship and university relations strategy and approach, including key talent segments to focus on, identifying measures of success, etc.; Oversight for AGCO’s early career rotational development program (named “Catalyst”)  

  • Oversight for carefully managing talent pipelines into AGCO; partner closely with Strategic Workforce planning to identify the skills we need to bring into the organization

  • Travel Requirements: <25%


What you will bring: 


  • 9+ years of HR experience with a breadth of knowledge across talent management, talent acquisition and organizational development. Specific experience with workforce planning & career journeys and Comprehensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and related concepts and principles

  • Leads change initiatives and ability to generate results through influence in a global environment with multiple and diverse stakeholders

  • Solutions-oriented, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex issues and problems both independently and collaboratively 

  • Strong systems expertise (Success Factors), data driven, and results focused. Proven ability to plan, establish processes and train others


A plus if you have:  

  • Master’s degree is preferred

  • Bi-lingual in any other language
