AGCO’s Customer Support team has an exciting opportunity for a high-impact Supv, Product Performance to join its team in delivering extraordinary results in Jackson, MN.


 


The purpose and scope of the Supervisor, Product Performance is Global leadership of Customer and Product Support activities that results in identification of systemic machine failures, resolution definition, and field implementation of product improvements that increase the overall health of AGCO products. The position is directly responsible and accountable for meeting or exceeding product health targets including time to identify new issues and time to implement improvements to the field population. The Supervisor is fully responsible for the strategic and tactical direction of a diverse global team of technical support experts.

What you will do:


 



  • Responsible for PPR topics and local PPR meetings input Responsible for the nomination and review of PPR points

  • Technical expert in the field of Tractor in general

  • Central contact for all PPR Product Performance Tractors topics

  • Coordination of experts for the technical and timely realization of after-sales service points within the PPR process for tractors.

  • Interface between customer service and development/quality in priority themes

  • Preparation / documentation of information for internal and external discussion with relevant stakeholders (development, suppliers, group, brand and factory quality, workshops and first level after-sales service or importers).

  • Responsible for preparation of technical details to support distribution to the dealers and distributors (provide technical input into PSP and SB process)

  • Support of the NPI activities - Act as technical expert to conduct machine reviews, publication or training reviews in support of the NPI team.


 


What you will bring:


 



  • Associates degree in a technical or agricultural field

  • 2-5 years’ experience using technical knowledge in the field of AGCO tractors and service methods in general / strong point in the field of the module

  • Knowledge of the workshop environment (hands-on experiences) in the field of the module


 


A plus if you have:


 



  • Bi-lingual

  • Good command of MS Office

  • Ability to objectively and competently represent the AGCO philosophy and organization to customers and distribution partners in the country. (brand ambassador)

  • Ability to assign tasks within team, and provide overall direction to team members
