Position Summary






This position will focus on working with the financial and operations business unit to configure and customize the D365 implementation to their needs: additionally,

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Act as subject matter expert for D365 modules (F&O) and help design enhancements while supporting the existing implementations
  • Work with business users to design and deploy new requirements and integrations across all deployments
  • Use knowledge of business processes and D365 to identify software gaps and suggest alternatives
  • Perform impact analyses of any new solutions/changes implemented to the current solution
  • Demonstrate industry best practices and how they would be delivered in the solution
  • Provide expert level of support.
  • Create and use reporting tools to audit and assess efficiency of users and processes.
  • Provide knowledge transfer to non-expert level team members as needed.
  • Demonstrate, train, and drive solutions across the company's facilities.
  • Create application documentation
  • Define and resolve dependencies, issues and risks along with identification of impacted areas through team collaboration








Requirements






  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
  • 3 or more years in Information Technology, and ERP software implementation, Development and /or Business Analysis.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 corporate ERP system
  • Proven experience leading deliverables through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting finance, operations, procurement, sales, and similar business areas.
  • Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
