Position: Territory Sales Manager

Territory: NC, SC, VA

Location: May reside or be willing to relocate to any state within territory

Travel Requirements: 50% (this may include overnight or consecutive day travel)

Our promise to provide consistently effective, reliable, and hassle free recommendations, specific to a grower’s situation has allowed our Territory Sales Managers to support a network of over 200 independent retail partners and hundreds of highly-trained sales representatives. This team of experts helps growers effectively and economically utilize AgroLiquid products for their unique operations.



As we continue to increase our footprint and deepen our markets within the agricultural industry, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Territory Sales Manager who’s looking to take their career to the next level.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Help customers maximize their yields and profits through the recommended use of our innovative liquid fertilizer brands as part of their fertility and production approaches  

  • Successfully manage time between acquiring new customers and developing existing relationships

  • Serve as a consultant to Retail Partners and Growers by diagnosing crop and fertility needs in conjunction with the regional sales agronomist

  • Position territory for success by creating annual business plans and outlining opportunities for growth

  • Meet and Exceed quarterly sales goals by obtaining new agricultural retail partners

What we’re looking for:


  • An individual who is passionate about calling on customers, both new and existing

  • Minimum of 4 or more years’ of sales experience recruiting agricultural retail partners

  • Must have previous experience servicing any of the following: fertilizer products, seed or ag chemicals

  • Previous production experience including giving fertility recommendations

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture related discipline desired

  • Strong business development skills to create business plans for territory, develop customer relationships and effectively grow territory

  • Thorough knowledge and execution of the sales process

  • Available for up to 50% travel (this may include overnight or consecutive day travel)

  • Valid Driver’s license with good driving record
