The selected candidate must reside within a 30-mile radius of Columbus, OH and will have the flexibility to work remotely from their home office, but must be able to report to the Columbus, OH office as requested. Agent should expect to hit the road daily, traveling locally or throughout Central Ohio based on project requirements.
What you will be doing:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will be acquiring easements for small and large pipeline projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. These projects will ensure a more reliable and safer transmission of natural gas. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performinggeneral administrativework including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

Here are the minimum requirements:
Minimum of two (2)years of Right of Way acquisition experience
Must have active Ohio Notary
Must have active Ohio Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
License will be hung with ORC*
Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems
Valid Driver's License
