Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization's websites.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues.
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches.
  • Ensure that the website is protected by enabling the appropriate security measures.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites.
  • Improve the User Experience of the website regularly.
  • Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate and other KPIs.
  • Validating data and managing all advertising campaigns metrics, increasing ROI.
  • Develop and implement our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategy.
  • Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
  • Creating and enhancing campaign lists and nurturing campaigns.
  • Managing project tracking and marketing calendars.
  • Web and graphic design production for Marketing department projects.
  • Brand management; maintaining brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to start on a project from “scratch.”
  • Ability to piece together components from an old project to re-vamp a new version.
  • Update branding graphics as needed.

Skills and Specifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve problems, analyze data and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • SEO experience is a must.
  • Wordpress experience is a must.
  • Experience in PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Hubspot a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work individually and on self-driven projects.
  • Possess organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, minute attention to detail and accuracy in performance.
  • Strong experience with Adobe Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop on a Mac.
  • Knowledge in HTML, XHTML, CSS design, cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility, firewalls (functionality and maintenance), Access, mySQL and JavaScript is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
