GreenPowerMonitor is looking for a talented and proactive person to work in our Service Engineering Department in Barcelona. Areas of responsibilities: + Technical configuration of software and hardware GPM platforms, mainly designed to manage portfolios and assets of Renewable Energies (Solar PV, Wind, etc.); + Manage the incidents reported by customers; + Technical assistance through emails and calls (Technical Assistance Support); + Suggest improvements in the GPM platforms (Web Portal, GPM Plus, GPM Scada and Horizon) on the new features that the product should have; + Detect errors and support the improvement of quality; + Manage internal documentation. + Degree in Informatic Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Engineering or similar; + Experience as Technician in computers and telematic problem solving; + Good knowledge on software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office); + Good level both of Spanish and English language (both written and spoken). Others like Italian and/or French will be considered as an asset. + Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure; + Good communication skills, including the ability to write clear and accurate reports in English and interact with customers; + Enthusiasm and self-motivation, including a willingness to develop and enjoy taking challenges and responsibilities; + Customer centricity.
