Works closely with site Safety personnel.Provide advice and consultancy supportPurchase equipmentWrite test proceduresSupport asset strategy development and implement best practices to reduce downtimeDevelop short-term and long-term maintenance strategies for drives, PLC systems, DTS systems, motors, and electrical switchgear, subsystems, etc.Ensure, enhance and maintain facility and equipmentSupervise and direct the maintenance department personnel; help to resolve technical issue or repair procedures as required; develop maintenance personnel competence to meet the needs of the operationDevelop, implement and maintain a Preventive Maintenance Program for all machineryWork with contractors in the design, fabrication or repair of machinery and associated custom partsMonitor tool and part inventories and condition and maintenance of tools to ensure adequate working supplies are available and in good working orderDevelop, implement, and evaluate maintenance policies and proceduresMake recommendations for improving production equipment and reducing maintenance-related problemsInitiate and manage projects that improve production efficiency and reduce operating costsMaintain machine manuals library and referencesDevelops and maintains a smooth functioning communications system with departments and other personnel. Ensures good communications among and between shifts and crew.Participates in continuous improvement teams and initiativesWorks within the parameters created by the ISO9001:2015 quality system, including the preparation of the facility for quality system audits.Ensures that documentation and controls are appropriate for organizationProvides support as required to the operation by performing other duties as requested, directed, or assignedQualifications: .and.nbsp;Education and Experience:Required:Bachelor's Degree in Engineer
