Since the first steps of the opening of the electricity and gas markets and industry restructuring, our Market and Regulation (MAR) Team has been in the forefront in designing and implementing of new market and regulatory arrangements. We apply economic and engineering concepts and quantitative models in providing advice to industry, consumers, regulators and policy makers.
To enhance our team in Germany (Bonn), we are looking for an Intern to start at the earliest possible date. As an intern you will be supporting the MAR Team with a focus on regulatory issues and energy policy advice. You will be responsible for quantitative/modeling analysis, conceptual research and general project support. In this role you will help our consultant in their work on on-going projects and preparation of proposals/ presentations.
Areas of responsibilities / Key tasks:
+ Support national and international regulatory projects independently
+ Deliver consultancy services on energy policy and regulatory assessments
+ Master students pursuing university degree in economics or business administration with a focus on energy sector
+ Very good quantitative and analytical skills
+ Very good English language skills
