THE ROLE As a SUN Sales Advisor you can earn 40k - 200k, all dependent upon your motivation and your ability to learn and work with homeowners. The Solar Sales Consultant guides consumers in their choice for saving money and becoming independent. The Sales Advisor (SA) is responsible for generating their own leads, networking, closing deals, and, most importantly, building a community presence. This closing role requires drive, perseverance, and discipline. Solar is a personal choice for homeowners and we want to make sure we are guiding them to make the right decisions for their energy needs. As an Advisor, you will be given some company provided leads however the majority of your leads should be self-generated, utilizing our recommended proven methods. The SA works independently in a collaborative environment and is 100% evaluated on performance, not hours worked. RESPONSIBILITIES Confirm and Conduct 10+ appointments/week + Create and present to clients + Assist with Financial presentations + Communicate with various lenders and financiers + Close 20%-45% of appointments + Managing the pipeline of appointments + Develop qualified referrals and sales opportunities + Generate your own leads through various strategies + Ensure all contract paperwork is 100% complete + Communicate to management - Goals, successes, failures and opportunities.
