Job id : 2019-1659-BoulderResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Associate on the DER team, you will:Work independently and with the Practice Lead to enhance existing DER serviceofferings and develop new offerings, which may include program design,market research, strategic planning, advanced analytics and systemmodeling, and/or engineering support.Develop and execute business development plans; deliver against annual salesand revenue targets.Build and maintain key client relationships; understand customer needs,develop solutions, oversee engagement throughout sales and project lifecycle.Provide project management and oversight in close collaboration with projectmanagers and principals to ensure timely delivery of client deliverables.Conduct, and/or manage technical staff that deliver, work across a rangeof solar, storage, microgrids, EVs projects.Recruit, coach, and mentor staff.Help maintain and enhance Cadmus' reputation through publication andconference presentations.QualificationsRequiredUndergraduate degree in relevant field.10+ years' of relevant work experience, which preferably includes:3+ years in consulting or professional services.5+ years' experience in the following or similar technical areas: solarand storage modeling, renewable energy policy and regulation, orsolar/power engineering.Demonstrated project management and/or budget management experience in aconsulting or professional services environment.Record of success developing new business and strong relationships withclients, particularly at utilities and in local and state government settings.Experience in building and leading high-performing teams.Candidates should have the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.Cadmus is an Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action Employer and considersall applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion,sex, national origin, protected veteran's status, or disability.For more details go to URL
