**Pharmacy Resident - PGYII Critical Care (53499)** + Job Type:Full Time + FTE/Bi-Weekly Hours:1.0/80 + Shift:Rotating + Hours in Shift:8 + Location:Palo Alto, CA + Req:53499 **Job Description** The pharmacy resident is a participant in a 1-year (Fixed term), formal residency training program intended to graduate a competent critical care pharmacist. The learning objectives are consistent with the standards developed by the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists.The pharmacy resident has the day-to-day professional practice responsibilities for assigned patient care, drug information, or administrative areas. This position ensures the accurate, efficient delivery of pharmaceutical care services to patients by ensuring compliance with all applicable state/federal laws/regulations and professional practice standards. Education: Pharm.D. in Pharmacy from an accredited college/university Experience: PGY1 completion License/Certification: - BLS - Basic Life Support - Licensed by the California Board of Pharmacy at time of hire (or within 30 days if candidate is from out of state, written exceptions will be considered in 30-day increments at the discretion of the Director of Pharmacy.)
