Payroll Administrator

Job Description

+ Perform all in-house payroll procedures, including regular, bonus, and manual payrolls + Process non-exempt employees’ timecards + Process salaries increases/decreases according to team-members various agreements + Communicate with unions to ensure all union employees are paid according to each union’s agreement + Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local policies and regulations + Provides President and/or HR with salary reports when requested + Assist the Director of Accounting, and Accounting team -members with administrative duties + Other assigned duties as requested + Assist other Sullivan Solar Power employees as needed Requirements + Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi-tasking and working under pressure + Must have experience in the use of software programs: MS Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and Excel + Preference given to applicants with experience in Timberline (Sage 300 Construction & real estate) Accounting Software + Must be able to pass a background, credit check and drug screen Benefits + 401(k) retirement plan with a company match + Vacation/Sick Time Off – (Vacation accrual starts immediately) + Paid Holidays + Offer Medical, Dental & Vision + Company provided clothing + Great company events & team outings *Sullivan Solar Power reserves the right to change its benefits package at any time, with or without reason, and with or without previous notice.
