**LG is seeking a talented, Inside Sales Representative** **in our Solar Energy & Storage team in Lincolnshire IL** In this role you will work directly with customers through telephone sales, sales support and customer service. As the Sales professional you will be responsible for developing business with both new and existing customers. Achieve and/or exceed sales quota through customer relationship building and sales success.
**Role & Responsibilities;**
+ Create and manage business relationships with current and new customers including Solar Energy Installers within an assigned territory.
+ Create demand for LG Solar products by articulating the LG Solar value proposition and updating installers on product enhancements
+ Collect VOC (voice of customer) and respond accordingly to competitive information
+ Collaborate with LG Regional Sales Managers and LG Authorized Distributor Salespeople to identify new & existing installers in assigned territory
+ Assist in outbound marketing campaign activities as needed
+ Document and report on activities using CRM (Salesforce)
+ Provide day-to-day sales and operational support to field sales with existing customers (e.g., processing account claims, review of credit and charge back, return authorizations and completion of sales reports)
+ Create routine reports and analyses and provide to sales leadership
+ Lead qualification, distribution and tracking
+ Assist in the execution of sales activities with partners"
+ High School Diploma or GED required higher education preferred.
+ +3 years of relevant corporate work experience.
+ Need experience in working effectively and efficiently in a highly demanding work environment.
+ Solar industry experience a plus
+ Experience working with B2B Channel partners such as DMR’s, Distributors, Resellers
+ Strong team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
+ Proactive, self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
+ Excellent organizational skills and able to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced team.
+ Professional presence and communications skills.
+ Must have strong computing skills with deep proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
