What You’ll Do
The Customer Success Team provides amazing service that makes our customers love us. The best candidates are great customer relationship builders. The role entails engaging with our Customers via inbound and outbound customer interactions to resolve issues, identify solutions to unique business challenges, provide product training and brand representation.

In Utility Management, you will be working with a Team of versatile talent to pioneer new products, onboard new Customers, and become a subject matter expert in Customer Success. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for customer satisfaction, loves problem solving, demonstrates a combination of technical and interpersonal skills and a drive for excellence. 

  • Mastering the product through your individual onboarding and continued learning 
  • Partnering with the Engineering Team to provide feedback on current and future enhancements
  • Providing product training to increase Customer product knowledge
  • Enhancing the Customer experience by being a trusted advisor
  • Identifying trends and providing recommended solutions
  • Tactfully challenging the status quo, when necessary
  • Finding efficiencies and implementing processes to improve Customer sustainability
  • Serving as an AppFolio brand ambassador to create promoters within industry

What We’re Looking For
Saving our Customers time and money through automated invoice processing, resident billing and best in class utility analytics. To do this one must have:

  • Exceptional Customer relationship building skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities for advanced problem-solving
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • High degree of integrity and flexibility
    Excels in operating in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Strong curiosity with the desire to learn and grow 

Must Haves

  • BA/BS degree required
  • 2 - 4 years of relevant experience
