You will engage in conversations, qualify homes for solar and schedule in‐home consultations as a consultant. Top performers and solution innovators are leaned on for new ideas and considered for promotion as we rapidly expand and grow in our existing territories. Responsibilities + Meet team and individual sales goals set each month + Collaborate to help qualify leads, design systems, and close deals + Set appointments with interested clients (residential & commercial) + Educate consumers on the advantages of going solar Requirements + prior experience in solar sales, highly preferred + Proficient with email, MS Office, and CRM tools + 2 years sales experience in high customer interaction (indoor, outdoor or retail) highly preferred + Self-starter, high energy, people skills + Excellent verbal and written communication skills Benefits + Friendly, fun, high-energy work culture + benefits include medical,dental,vision, and 401k Job Type: Full-time Salary 60-100k
