National Sales Coordinator / Lead Generator – Solar Industry Category: Sales & Marketing Description: We have an outstanding career opportunity for an Inside Sales Coordinator - West Coastto join a leading global solar Company located in theSan Jose, CA surrounding area. This position is located on-site with some travel expected. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in a fast-paced team of remotely located sales professionals. The right candidate will follow-up on sales, logistics, etc. with national clients, lead generating for sales team, proposal assistance. This isn’t an inside sales/counter sales role, it’s more of an extension of the sales team for the clients and someone who can generate leads in-between other duties, etc. Responsibilities: + Pursue targeted leads and qualify new customers + Conduct multiple outbound calls per day to convert leads into prospects + Confidently build trust and rapport with prospective customers. + Conduct accurate needs assessments and corresponding analysis. + Move to sales stage or conduct successful hand-offs to regional sales. Customer and Team Support: + Act as point of contact for post-sale customer inquiries on logistics. + Work with regional sales team and cross-functional departments to help manage and coordinate large contract implementation + Support regional sales staff with RFP preparation. + Support regional sales staff with Quote development. + Support regional team with validation of inventory availability and purchase order submittal. + Support regional sales team’s navigation of HQ processes for contract review and pricing approvals. Sales Coordination + Work with Sales Ops team to ensure accurate forecast is being presented to HQ + Assist regional sales team to accurately communicate inventory availability + Assist regional sales team to reconcile received POs and track accurately in Salesforce + Work as a liaison between internal teams and customer to communicate transactional information, to include, but not limited to, delivery schedule updates, payment requests, product, and technical documentation, etc. Regional Forecast Accuracy: + Act as a single owner for CRM and forecast accuracy for the region + Work with each regional sales person weekly to ensure CRM accuracy + Support regional sales manager with forwarding quarter demand forecasting General: + Attend company and departmental meetings as directed. + Participate in ongoing training, development, and certifications. + Partner with cross-functional departments to accomplish mutual objectives. + Communicate and share best practices. Qualifications: + 3-5 years of achievement in fast-paced sales dynamic regional sales organization + Passion & confidence in the sale of renewable energy products – specific solar experience a plus. + Tele-sales experience as a successful first-call closer. + Competency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Power Point and Excel + Competency in the use of CRM, especially + Ability to multi-task and learn quickly is a strong requirement for this position. + Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills. + Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. + High urgency, high energy, positive, enthusiastic, self-driven. + Collaborative style with internal and external customers. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. + Ability and desire to develop skills for advancement to outside sales a plus + Highly organized and detail oriented Company Description: TAD PGS, INC. specializes in delivering secure, reliable and rapidly implemented workforce solutions to the U.S. Federal marketplace, including U.S. Government agencies and their prime contractors.
