Guided Discoveries, Inc. is looking for data collection’s candidate with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Manage and maintain the company database of medium to high complexity. Optimize database configuration and access.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o High School Diploma with 1 to 3 years of experience performing similar job functions
o Fast learner with retention
o Knowledgeable on using internet search engines
o Maintain data standards, including adherence to the Data Protection Act.
o Acute attention to detail, strong analytical skills and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
o Dependable, self-motivated, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize the workload
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills, as well as a positive attitude
o Strong typing/computer skills, experience and proficiency with 10-Key and alphanumeric data entry
o Ability to multitask
o Experience with Microsoft products including Excel
o Demonstrated time management and organizational skills with attention to details
o Excellent Attendance/Dependable
