Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Product Representative. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!
As a Product Representative, you will:
+ Assist with system designs, heat loss calculations and solar simulations of residential hydronic & solar projects to add value to customer service that is offered
+ Assist with quotation and project management of commercial and/or residential hydronic & solar projects
+ Serve as a liaison between clients and company departments.
+ Examine data on product performance and customer feedback to identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
+ Develop knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customers by working closely with more experienced brand/product managers.
+ Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers.
+ Facilitate product, sales, and system training with sales associates.
+ Complete sales calls with sales reps as needed.
+ Analyze, monitor and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet customer needs.
+ Provide a high level of customer service support with product expertise and advanced selling skills.
+ Inform management of product issues that arise from problems identified from customer service support.
+ Adhering to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures.
+ Performing other duties or functions as requested by management.
+ Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the field
+ Work with other branch personnel to ensure great customer service from the order to the delivery and beyond
