Job Description

We are seeking a Site Manager in Fort Greely, Alaska to support our NETCOM mission critical customer. The Site Manager oversees all operations and maintenance (O&M) of the GMD SCOM program. + Oversee all the Fort Greely contract requirement for DSCS, MILSTAR, DRSN, and HPS PWS paragraph responsibilities + Oversee teammate work and schedule + Attend Meetings relevant to the FGA O&M Contracts + Work closely with the Government COR + Ensure all contract deliverables (CDRLs) are complied with on time + Ensure site is properly staffed and approval all schedule changes monthly + Manage the Fort Greely contract budget + Supervise and manage all contract site personnel + Ensure 100% compliance with all PWS requirements + Participate in DISA PEs and other Government evaluations + Ensure all O&M actions IAW Defense Information System Network (DISN) Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Guide and Technical Manuals + Ensure and manage COMSEC account + Operate Enhanced Command Consoles (ECC) + Perform Preventive Maintenance Checks and Services (PMCS) + Perform maintenance on SATCOM equipment to include AN/GSC-52A Satellite Communication terminals + Perform Operator Maintenance on HVAC, Generator, and assist with HEMP Power System (HPS) maintenance + Maintain Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) + Perform ancillary training tasks REQUIRED: + 0-2 years with PhD, JD (Doctorate), 4+ years with MS/MA/MBA (Masters), 6+ years with BS/BA (Bachelors), 10+ years with 2 years post Secondary/AAAS Degree, or 14+ years with No Degree + SATCOM or MILSTAR, or DRSN Technical School Trained + Five - Seven years Management experience + Have a current Sec+ certification with continuing education + Have a Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI access Are you ready to join the next-generation of national security?
