REMOTE - CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE, BUT PREFER WESTERN PART OF THE US Riderflex, a global recruiting firm, has been engaged by our client Gabriella's Kitchen to conduct a search for a VP of Licensed Channel Sales. + Industry: Food Production/Cannabis + Location: Remote (can be located anywhere, prefer western part of the US) + Title: VP of Licensed Channel Sales + Type: W-2 full time + Reports directly to the President + Full P&L and budgeting responsibility for multi-million dollar Wholesale Division + Maintains existing clients and sources new business locally and nationally + Leads new product launches and sales strategies + Monitors market trends and changes in regulations + Partners with Marketing teams on strategy Requirements + 5+ years of wholesale sales and leadership experience + Hemp or Cannabis Industry Sales Experience + Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and lead a high-performing sales teams (prior Management experience required) + Strong sales skills including: closing skills, motivation for sales, prospecting, planning, selling to customer needs, territory management, market knowledge, presentation skills, energy levels, and meeting sales goals + Excellent interpersonal skills as well as solid written and oral communication skills + Enthusiastic and sales driven + 50% Travel required Preferred + Food Production/Food & Beverage Industry Sales Experience + Experience with smaller companies and family involvement + Strong relationship building skills with wholesalers and distributors to increase annual sales + Work Hard, Play Hard mentality Benefits + 100% Company Paid Health Benefits + Standard mileage and travel reimbursement + 50% cell phone reimbursement + Equity Package
