Job Description

Role Summary:You will be responsible of the 3D models and 2D drawings within the appointed Nacelle components (i.e. electrical cabinets layout, cable routing, ...). Essential Responsibilities:Create definition of parts, modules, and assemblies within expected cost, quality and schedule. Example list of deliverables: + 3D layouts of the cabinets + Drawings of machined parts (e.g. machined enclosure) + Cable routing + Ensure all interfaces between components are established and agreed upon by Engineering design teams of mating parts and systems + Work within the guidelines of applicable GE Policies & Procedures, Engineering Standards, Specifications, Commercial Standards, best practices and special safety requirements + Continuously challenges self and team skills in functional area. Stays current with industry developments in one’s field of expertise + Support and coordinate with interfacing teams located in different countries within the organization Qualifications/Requirements: + Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or related discipline. Preferably electrical. Professional formation would be acceptable by providing successful experience record. Or equivalent knowledge or experience + Some experience + Fluent in English (spoken and written) + EU Work Permit If contracted in Spain: Non-national candidates are responsible to know the minimum documentation requirements to be able to be contracted in country: NIE- Social Security Affiliation Number in Spain (NAF) and Bank Account in Spain. They must be in possession of them at the time of start hiring. GE will not sponsor this requirement.
