NES is organised into 5 business clusters; Ventures (VEN); Strategy and Innovation (SI); Business Development (BD); Wind and Low Carbon Development (WALC); and New Energy Operations (NEO). **Job Description** Responsibility for electrical discipline within the operational assets Become ‘System Owner’ and an expert of the electrical systems Ensure that Technical Integrity of the Electrical systems is maintained and optimized Take responsibility for or support Operational Projects e.g. major campaig Support Operation and Maintenance (O&M) technical support requests Identifying and mitigate Electrical Safety Risks Participate in establishing System Operation manuals (SO-documents) Ensure Plant and Equipment is fully compliant with Equinor performance standards Attend risk analysis, procedure reviews and audits as requested Take responsibility for/ support Serial defects and other failures investigations e.g. root cause analyses Support the development and refinement of the spares strategy for operational and future assets Provide input to the Maintenance Management System i.e. create and update Maintenance Instructions Participate in the long term maintenance planning and ensure that compliance targets are met Support the development and implementation of Reliability Centred Maintenance Support the development and implementation of Condition Based Monitoring strategies Support Asset O&M teams with the preparation and planning for shutdowns Support the development of Technical Requirements Share and adopt best practices across the company **Qualifications** Experience from project execution, preferably offshore wind projects or operation Detailed knowledge of UK HV ‘Safety Rules’ and regulation High focus on safety risk mitigation and proactive thinking is prerequisite Must be prepared to undertake offshore medical, BOSIET, work at height, first aid and confined space training Fully IT literate Work experience can compensate for lack of education **Personal Qualities** High focus on HSE, ethics and Equinor values High collaboration skills but also able to work independently, deliver your own proposals and results Eager to find improvements in the value chain Good communication skills Ability to live by our safety and security expectations **We Offer** Not just a job: a career.
