Position holder must initiate, coordinate, analyze or respond to any customer request and follow up with appropriate departments to ensure customer service and satisfaction while using good judgment to protect Company interests and reputation. Responsible for communication between customers and line personnel as needed to coordinate customer service functions. Must be available to work in outage situations as needed.Accountabilities With minimal supervision, process customer contacts promptly and respond in a courteous, professional, and timely manner to evaluate, advise and expedite requests to serve customer needs. Adhere to Company policies and procedures and state rules and regulations. Ensure compliance with all administrative agencies with ensuring maximum financial return for the Company. Analyze and resolve delinquent accounts. Assist customers in making acceptable payment arrangements. Follows payment processing procedures including closing and balancing cash drawers. Perform other duties as needed. Education and Experience * High School diploma or equivalent. * Must be proficient in the use of PC s and general office equipment.
