The Organizational Change Management, Lead is responsible for driving transformational change efforts with a focus on the people side of change for critical enterprise wide projects that include changes to business processes, systems and technology.
This role will work closely with teams across the company to help build understanding of what is changing and develop strategies and tools to navigate through the change.
+ Facilitate discussion with the business and project team to identify changes and understand the level of impact
+ Develop strategies to manage the change impacts through the duration of the projects.
+ Complete stakeholder analysis and create recommendations to drive the engagement of stakeholders.
+ Collaborate with the resources in the business to understand change and develop action plans to mitigate the changes
+ Develop and implement sustainment plans
+ Facilitate change agent networks
+ In partnership with the training lead develop training strategy for projects
+ Create training material utilizing technology to deliver where possible
+ Create and execute communication plans by identifying communication requirements and audiences
+ Create communication content to provide concise and relevant messages to non-technical audiences.
Education & Experience
+ Bachelor’s degree as a minimum, MBA would be an advantage
+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in change management and/or organizational design field including areas such as change management, communications, training and leadership engagement.
+ Experience leading change activities in a large ERP project ideally SAP HANA 4
+ Demonstrates credibility leading, supporting or managing large scale change efforts
+ Excellent communication, team facilitation and presentation skills for an executive level audience with the confidence and ability to concisely and clearly communicate in a compelling manner.
+ Experience in working with people and building relationships is key.
+ Excellent communicator and effective leadership style with strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
+ Problem solving and root cause identification skills. Strong analytic and decision making abilities.
+ Professional Change accreditation is an advantage
