Identify and gain full understanding of the customers business goals, operations, challenges, and project requirements;Cultivate effective business relationships and communicate the full scope of the employer’s solutions to meet the customer business goals and achieve sales objectives, volume, and market share;Target and contact key decision-makers and develop positive relationships to secure the sale of the employer’s offerings;Monitor account plan progress, including market conditions, customer needs, and competitive activity;Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices and availability;Serve as the primary point of customer contact, lead presentations, and provide regular updates to the customer;Seek internal technical guidance and project support to ensure full customer satisfaction;Collaborate with project teams to develop, prepare, and issue winning proposals and presentations; and
Perform other duties as needed.
Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, economics or related field.
2 years of related experience.
Proven customer service experience with a track record of securing sales.
Demonstrated sales lead development and account cultivation skills, including effective negotiation and closing techniques;
Excellent verbal, written, computer communication, and project coordination skills;
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and positive business relationships with internal and external customers.
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
PV Solar Experience a plus.
Valid Drivers’ License in good standing, issued by resident state required.
