**The LG Energy Storage Solution** business leverages our deep history in Lithium Ion battery technology and develops industry leading solutions to meet the demands of residential, commercial and industrial customers. These solutions will be integrated in to smart home solutions for our residential customers and to provide optimized energy use solution for our commercial and industrial customers
**Energy Storage System Operations Manager** With overall responsibility for a staff of operations and business development professionals, the selected individual will be responsible to drive general business management operations, to include but not limited to, sales operations, forecasting and financial reporting, program management, supply chain, process improvement, business planning and budgets, as well as Go-To-Market execution.
**Planning Operations (75%** )
+ Manage Energy Storage System Business planning and budgets.
+ Support collaborative supply chain planning process by managing and improving system-based tools.
+ Facilitate and coordinate weekly/monthly/quarterly planning meetings.
+ Conduct analysis of distributor sales, inventory, and competitive data to identify trends.
+ Make recommendations which integrate the analysis into business plans.
+ Manage Sell-out and Sell-in / Sell-out Visibility / Sell-out Action Plan / Weekly Sell- out management Cycle.
+ Maintain database that provides real-time information regarding sales and competitive activity.
+ Support Financial planning processes related to the sales team: Analysis, reporting and data entry (monthly forecast cycle) as well as volume and revenue simulation of promotional cost and business impact.
+ Support additional management activities, as required, to assist others in meeting their deadlines.
**Business Development (25%)**
+ Develop and execute Go-To Market strategies with strategic partners, focusing on aggressive marketing to build the sales funnel and co-selling into high priority opportunities.
+ Develop and drive business strategies and plans to promote and grow overall ESS sales and market share from, direct and channel partner sales.
+ Responsible for originating, qualifying and shaping deals that will gain market share for ESS Business through go-to-market approaches.
+ Build and execute on strategy to penetrate target partners, leveraging company’s executives, regional business units, existing partners, and other resources.
+ Provide strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing LGEs’ interests with partners’ business needs. Create relationship building at multiple levels between partner and LGE.
+ BS required, MBA preferred
+ Minimum 5+ sales operation, planning, or relevant experience
+ Energy and Electronics Industry experience preferred
+ Knowledge and trends in the ESS and Energy industry is a plus
+ Strong results orientation
+ Excellent business planning and organizational skills
+ Strong conceptual, analytical skills and time management skills.
+ Financial management /asset management skills
+ Strong leadership skills ability to manage and motivate subordinates.
+ Knowledge and experience with Sales HQ functions, infrastructure and sales processes
+ Bi-Lingual communications English and Korean
