Our solution combine Solar PV, Energy Storage Solutions and electrical grid elements to deliver optimal energy efficiency **We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer for the Energy Solutions team** The successful Sales Engineer will have a strong strategic grasp of the Clean Energy market and will contribute to go to market strategy, as well as provide technical support during the sales cycle. Additionally, the successful candidate will have strong relationship building skills and outstanding communication skills at all levels of an organization. The Sales Engineer will be expected to provide actionable competitor intelligence and regular performance analysis to sales management while owning technical sales support responsibilities to help drive the business growth.. Principal Duties And Responsibilities + Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. + Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, etc. + Prepare and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming. + Improve operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures. + Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues + Design and Analyze SW architecture for Energy Solution platform, Apps, etc + Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed + Develop and execute plans to achieve team’s goals + Assist local independent representatives in managing sales activities + Track project status and following up to ensure excellent customer experience Job Requirements: + A BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related a technical subject. + Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Software Engineer in the energy industry (PV, ESS, Utility, etc.). + Software development experience + Experience serving as technical lead throughout the full software development life-cycle, from conception, architecture definition, detailed design, scoping, planning, implementation, testing to documentation, delivery and maintenance is preferred + Knowledge of PV, ESS, Electrical Grid, Utility industry are desired. + Motivated Self-Starter, dynamic personality with great communication skills – both written and verbal + Ability to travel throughout the U.S. LG Electronics, USA Inc.; LG Mobilecomm USA, Inc., LG Mobile Research USA LLC, and Zenith Electronics LLC provides equal employment opportunity to all individuals regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by state, federal, or local law.
