Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, the Project Administrator will provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team and coordinate key processes including the management of landowner rents and royalties, accounts payable, and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
+ Land Management
+ Respond to or route land inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders to include general inquiries, change of addresses, payment instructions, and other items stipulated under lease agreements.
+ Setup new agreements in corporate systems.
+ Validate system-generated calculations and approve landowner payments within authorized limits.
+ Work with IT to adjust landowner payment calculations as necessary.
+ Work with Asset Management and Legal to validate changes to payee status
+ Work with Cash Management and Accounting to ensure landowner payments are queued according to project cashflow guidelines and troubleshoot as necessary.
+ Support land payment budgeting and forecasting process
+ Work with Supply Chain to setup new vendors
+ Work with Operations, Purchasing, Vendors, and IT to optimally process routine and non-routine payables, and troubleshoot as necessary.
+ Generate intercompany payment requests.
+ Assist with improving and documenting payment processes
+ Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) administration
+ Perform monthly verifications
+ Monitor and archive reports in third-party tracking systems
+ Ensure RECs are delivered and invoices are produced consistent with the terms of transaction agreements
+ Support charitable giving program by processing donation payments
+ Support compliance activities by maintaining and assisting with the execution of contract obligations in Clearway’s contract management system.
+ Maintain project and contact reference lists in systems of record.
+ Provide document management and reporting support, as needed, within internal systems.
+ Provide general administrative support to the Asset Management team
Knowledge & Skills
+ Understanding of basic accounting and procurement concepts
+ Ability to read complex agreements for specific provisions related to payment and notice requirements
+ Proficient in MS Office suite to include Intermediate-Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
+ SAP and SharePoint user experience highly preferred
+ Ability to perform well under pressure in a demanding environment and occasionally work extended hours to meet project deadlines
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail oriented
Experience & Education
+ Associates degree is preferred, ideally in Accounting, IT/Data, or Business Administration
+ 2+ years of professional experience in accounting, operations, or general business administration in a corporate setting
+ Experience manipulating and managing large amounts of MS Excel-based data
