Specifically, candidate will provide support for the administration of the Behind-the-Meter Solar PV and Energy Storage Program. This includes reviewing contractor application and documentation submittals through the various stages of SalesForce and to ensure compliance NY Sun Energy Storage Incentive Program. Candidate will also provide support reviewing application and documents submittals to Green Jobs Green New York On-Bill Recovery, Smart Energy Loans, and Low-to-Moderate Income financing. Duties may also include providing support for Design and Technical Review under the Behind-the-Meter Solar Energy Storage Program. This includes the evaluation and analysis of contractor proposals, design plans and to ensure compliance with NY-Sun Programs and LIPA Tariff provisions. Candidate will interact with all members of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy team as well as with Customers, PSEG LI contractors, trade allies and various partner organizations such as the New York Research and Development Authority and Energy Finance Solutions. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:  Track and review projects through Sales Force including correspondence and changes  Track NY-Sun Energy Storage & GJGNY project approval and payment for internal and external communication.  Assist Rebate Processing with review for payment of GJGNY projects.  Provide general guidance to solar installers and customers. Required Skills: (Knowledge and Experience Required)  BA/ BS Degree or equivalent experience  Must possess exceptional customer sensitivity and commitment to customer satisfaction  Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Sales Force  Must have excellent analytical skills and communication skills Desired Competencies:  Candidate should possess analytical, planning and organizational skills.  Analytical skills and attention to detail.  Must also have a sense of teamwork and initiative.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills  Results oriented.
