What we want The Temporary Research Assistant conducts measurement of PV soiling; sets up an outdoor experiment for the soiling measurements using DustIQ™ soiling sensors at various heights above ground (designing/fabricating components, installing equipment). This position is NOT located in the United States. The selected candidate must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar. Learn more about life at Texas A&M University at Qatar by visiting this link https://www.qatar.tamu.edu/i-am/faculty-and-staff Required Education: + Appropriate Bachelor's or equivalent combination of education and experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: + Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others Responsibilities: + Set up an outdoor experiment for the soiling measurements using DustIQ™ soiling sensors at various heights above ground (designing/fabricating components, installing equipment) + Designing bioaerosol sampling devices + Carry collect soiling data and analyze the data to determine dependence of soiling on height + Collect solar PV image data in an outdoor test facility (taking daily photos of solar PV modules) + Write a report documenting the experiments and results and perform other duties as assigned Instructions to Applicants: Applications received by Texas A&M University must either have all job application data entered or a resume attached.
