Momentum Solaris a premier residential solar provider with offices throughout the U.S. Founded in 2009, Momentum has grown exponentially over the past decade. We implement the entire solar process to ensure a seamless transition to renewable energy.
We are currently seeking a Office Admin for our company. The Office Admin will attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Supply information regarding the organization to the general public, clients and customers.
+ Greet persons entering organization
+ Direct persons to correct destination
+ Deal with queries from the public and customers
+ Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
+ Provide general administrative and clerical support
+ Prepare correspondence and documents
+ Receive and sort mail and deliveries
+ Monitor and maintain office equipment
+ Control inventory relevant to reception area/office
+ Tidy and maintain the reception area
+ Assist with Corporate Accounting team when needed
+ Excellent knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
+ Excellent knowledge of computers and relevant software application
+ Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices
+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
+ Professional personal presentation
